Bobi-Rose, a mother-of-two, was born and raised in Invercargill and studied therapeutic massage at Otago Polytech. Her role includes therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, relaxation massage, and sports massage.
She has always been passionate about massage. “Whanau used to pay me $5 for an hour massage since I was about six or seven. I just enjoyed doing it.”
She has been waiting for a position to become available at Nga Kete for the past year because she was drawn to the low cost, which meant Rongoa was available to anyone and everyone.
Bobi-Rose enjoys bush walks, spending time outside, and visiting her husband’s home country of Thailand.
