"A low-cost GP practice in Invercargill has proved so popular that potential patients are being turned away until another GP is recruited.
However, GPs are proving hard to find.
More than 3300 patients are now enrolled at the He Puna Waiora Wellness Centre; a GP service, provided by the Nga Kete Matauranga Pounamu Charitable Trust, which opened in February 2015.
Nga Kete chief executive Tracey Wright-Tawha said the uptake of patients at the practice had been phenomenal, with a big attraction being the low prices charged."
