![]() As part of Elder Abuse Awareness week Nga Kete hosted a High Tea for our Kaumatua at Te Toimairangi Marae. The day featured key speakers Jan Pfeifer (Age Concern) Denise Lorman (Community Law Centre) and a performance from the Kaumatua Ukelele group that meets regularly at the Tauira Tautoko student support centre at SIT on Wednesday lunch times. Our Kaumatua thoroughly enjoyed the speakers and wonderful 'High Tea' supported by Nga Kete staff.
